Questions

How does the free trial work?
Enter your name and work email, and your 7-day license arrives by email within seconds — no card, no cloud account, no sales call. It's the full product with no feature limits: install it, point it at your dashboards, and see your first automated screenshots before you decide.
What dashboards does it support?
Any web-based dashboard — Power BI, Looker, Grafana, Tableau, Metabase, custom internal tools. If it runs in a browser, Dom-shot can capture it.
Does it require a cloud account or internet connection?
No. Dom-shot runs entirely on your Windows machine. The license is a file — no phone-home, no cloud activation, no ongoing connection required.
Does it work with dashboards that require login?
Yes. Form-based logins are fully automated — configure credentials once during setup. For SSO or 2FA dashboards, Dom-shot uses a persistent browser session: you sign in once and scheduled runs reuse that session.
What happens after the license expires?
Scheduled runs stop until you renew — nothing breaks, your config and captured reports stay exactly where they are. Renewal is €199 excl. VAT per machine for another year, and it's always your decision: we never charge you automatically.
Is this a subscription?
No. €199 excluding VAT buys a license that runs for one year on one machine — a single payment, taken once. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. There's no recurring billing, no stored card and no auto-renewal. Dom-shot shows the expiry date every time it runs, and when the year is up you choose whether to buy another year.
We need it on multiple machines. How does pricing work?
One license per machine. For 3+ machines, contact us at support@techdevbaltic.lv for a volume discount.
What OS does it run on?
Windows 10 and Windows 11. No Mac, no Linux, no web version — we do one thing well.
