How it works

Dom-shot uses a persistent browser session for your instance. Sign in through your SSO or 2FA flow once during setup, and scheduled runs reuse that session. Form-based logins are automated entirely.
Every run takes a fresh ServiceNow Platform Analytics screenshot of each dashboard and delivers it — to a folder or SharePoint drive, your Azure DevOps wiki, or as one email digest with every dashboard inline. Recipients need an inbox, not a ServiceNow license.
Compatibility
If it renders in a browser on your instance, you can automate ServiceNow dashboard screenshots of it — no vendor API, no per-dashboard setup.

One honest note
Dom-shot captures what the browser renders — pixel-perfect PNG images of your dashboards, not editable PowerPoint slides or raw data exports. If your stakeholders need to re-sort the numbers, this isn't the tool. If they need to see the dashboard every Monday without logging into ServiceNow — which is what most PA reporting actually is — a scheduled ServiceNow dashboard snapshot is usually exactly enough.
